Meet Paul

I’m grateful to be serving as your representative for the Secret Harbour electorate in State Parliament.

The electorate includes the suburbs of Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Golden Bay, Singleton, Karnup, Madora Bay and Lakelands.

My passion for community service and exercising leadership developed further when I entered the Royal Australian Navy in 1978 and served proudly for 26 years.

After my military service, my wife Gillian and I started a small business before having the honour of being elected to represent the local area at a by-election in February 2007.

I am pleased to serve as Minister for Emergency Services; Corrective Services; Defence Industries; Veterans; Racing and Gaming in the Cook Labor Government.

I will always strive to achieve great outcomes and fight for the best interests of our community.
